Meeting Location: We’ll meet on the Capital Crescent Trail next to the City Bikes store.

Park in the lot behind Starbucks and Einstein Bagels. Walk south toward the next intersection and cross the street.

Distances: 10 miles (full marathoners); 6 miles (Baltimore half marathon)

 Half marathoners are encouraged to participate in the Friends of the W&OD 10K race on July 31st.  See MCC website for time, location, and registration information: http://www.mc-coop.org/events

Note: If you plan to run the Friends of the W&OD race, do not do the Saturday morning training run.
