  • Workouts: Saturdays, January 23 to April 24, 9:00 am, at Lady Bird Johnson Park, Columbia Island Marina Parking Lot
        Directions: From George Washington Memorial Parkway southbound, turn right into Columbia Island Marina parking lot. Parking is free.
        Directions: From Pentagon Mall (east) Parking Lot, cross footbridge to Columbia Island Marina. Parking is free.

  • You can use this program to train for any spring race or just to get in shape, rehab from injury, or to enjoy the camaraderie of other runners!
